Our scope of work under annual repair & maintenance contracts for industrial & warehouse sheds:
  • Professionally strategically reduce operational costs and improve service consistency while ensuring compliance.
  • Regularly inspect the entire roof sheeting damages that may have resulted from foreign objects or from human activity.
  • Providing Roof sheeting seaming and repair, if any
  • Deputation of 1 site engineer and 6 skilled workers full-time at client’s site till the duration of maintenance agreement.
  • If Site engineer and all skilled workers under the maintenance contract are idle on site during contract period, then the client has authority to utilize the resources in other works of site Premises as instructed by Project Head.
  • Removal of all debris that may have accumulated on the roof surface to ensure it does not restrict drainage or cause roof membrane damage.
  • Inspection and cleaning of all roof drains, overflow drains, Gutters and downtake pipes to ensure a free flow of rain. Repair the same after inspection with Consumables (Silicon, Sealant, Tapes) in our scope.
  • Inspection of all membrane field seams, roofcurbs, and roof penetrations .Verify no voids have developed at critical points. Repair the same after inspection with Consumables in our scope.
  • Inspection of all sheet metal flashings and counter flashings at gutters collector boxes and downspouts to verify they are firmly attached and sealed. Repair the same after inspection with Consumables in our scope
  • Inspection and verification of roof access scuttle, ladder & locking mechanism, and ensure they are operational & all flashings are in place and repair the same after inspection with consumables in our scope.
  • Application of Silicon Sealant/ Leak proof solution at leaking joints.
  • Submission of written reports to client detailing the current roof conditions, wall claddings, girts, purlins, steel structures, evidence of any roof abuse, and any problems that could potentially lead to future problems.
  • Supervise and monitor all Major Replacement such as Ridge vents, Gutters, down take pipes ,Canopy servicing/canopy pipe ,roof pipe, turbo vents Leakages, Roof Monitors ,Day light panels, roof vents wall vents, Louver, damaged sheet or any such required items.
